User Agreement & Platform Rules

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "bjji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bjji platform operated at bjji.bet, including its parent company and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the bjji website accessible at bjji.bet, together with any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, account dashboards, and game environments made available by bjji.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bjji Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the bjji Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" refers to the PKR balance held in a User's bjji Account, comprising deposits made by the User, winnings credited to the Account, and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any sum of money staked by a User on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, instant-win title, or any other event offered on the bjji Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a User by bjji under any promotional programme, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by bjji in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policies.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the bjji Platform for Pakistani users.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bjji Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with bjji's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bjji Platform and must not create an Account or place any Bets. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the bjji Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bjji does not permit use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bjji, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bjji Platform or any other licensed online gaming operator's platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access betting and casino services on the bjji Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You are registering only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and will not share your password with any third party. bjji accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• You will promptly notify bjji through the live chat support channel of any suspected unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

bjji reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bjji may result in temporary suspension of Account functionality, including deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity.

Account registration is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your bjji Account to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account termination.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The bjji Platform supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT via TRC20. bjji reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the bjji Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. bjji does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name, in accordance with bjji's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. bjji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
• bjji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bjji accepts no responsibility.
• bjji is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bjji may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time the Bonus is claimed.
• Each promotional offer will specify its own wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be wagered (not necessarily won) before a withdrawal request can be processed in relation to Bonus funds.
• Bonuses have a validity period as stated at the time of offer. Any Bonus not utilised within its stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• bjji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where bjji has reasonable grounds to believe a User is exploiting or abusing the offer.
• Only one Bonus may be active at any time unless bjji's promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• bjji's decision regarding Bonus eligibility, satisfaction of wagering requirements, and Bonus-related disputes is final.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bjji Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A Bet is confirmed and binding when bjji's system acknowledges acceptance of the Bet. No Bet may be cancelled or amended by the User after acceptance, except where bjji's Platform offers an explicit cash-out or void facility applicable to that Bet.
• Odds and prices displayed on the bjji Platform are subject to change at any time until a Bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of Bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that Bet.
• bjji reserves the right to void any Bet where: (a) the Bet was placed on an event the outcome of which was known at the time of placement; (b) the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; (c) there is evidence of irregular betting patterns suggesting corruption or match manipulation; or (d) the event is abandoned or suspended without a result being determined.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question shall be determinative, subject to bjji's right to apply its own sporting rules where appropriate.
• bjji's live casino games and slot titles use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or when communicating with bjji support.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one bjji Account, whether under your own name or under assumed identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bet markets to the financial detriment of bjji or other Users.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard manual users.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting Bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or any technique designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers without genuine play intent.
• Money laundering: Using the bjji Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities. bjji cooperates fully with anti-money laundering authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in relation to legitimate deposits made to your bjji Account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bjji Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of bjji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjji Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bjji's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the bjji Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from any Platform content.
• Use the bjji name, logo, or branding in any context that implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from bjji without express written authorisation.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bjji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the bjji Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bjji implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and bjji cannot guarantee absolute data security.

bjji does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

bjji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the welfare of its Users. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt a break reminder.
• Cooling-off periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Users may apply for permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the bjji Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bjji Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

bjji's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bjji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bjji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or source-of-funds verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with the Account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement requirement compelling suspension or closure of the Account.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting bjji support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjji holds its gaming licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict-of-law rules.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bjji support through the live chat facility available within your Account dashboard. bjji will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted through the support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe described above, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by bjji's licensing authority. bjji will provide the relevant contact details for the applicable dispute resolution service upon request.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bjji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Users' rights or obligations in a significant way — bjji will provide notice of the changes by email to the address registered to your Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bjji Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact bjji support to close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

16 Contact & Communications

All communications from bjji to registered Users will be delivered to the email address registered to your Account, or displayed as notifications within your Account dashboard. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current and that bjji communications are not directed to a spam or junk mail folder.

To contact bjji, please use the live chat support facility available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from within your Account dashboard. You may also reach bjji's support team by email — the support address is displayed in the footer of this page as plain text for reference. bjji does not accept formal legal notices by email; formal legal correspondence must be directed to bjji's registered business address through the dispute resolution channel described in Section 14.

bjji will not contact Users by telephone for unsolicited promotional purposes. Any communication purportedly from bjji that requests your Account password or payment credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bjji support immediately.
